First Come, First Served Policy
Our donut and cafe locations are retail shops and our policy is on a first come, first served basis for each. We ask that you please do not call ahead to reserve donuts for pick-up, as orders will not be fulfilled in this manner. Ordering through the delivery apps is an option, but is also subject to this policy in the sense we may not have the flavors or quantities requested at the time of an online order. If so, substitution or cancellation is handled through the apps and in this instance, phone communication may be necessary.
If you have questions about special orders over 4 dozen or catering, you can send a submission requesting info here through our contact form, but please do not call the shop. Depending on our production capacity, if we are able to take special orders we will get back to you.
We do not mail out our donuts, but in case you want to take on this endeavor yourself, we do have some pro-tips for storing and packing: Secure donuts in snug and air sealed packaging. Cake donuts stay best when exposed to as little air or temperature fluctuations as possible for up to 48 hours (keep in mind when selecting shipping speed). Do not refrigerate or freeze, and the sugar glaze can melt when exposed to hot temperatures/climates. Yeast-raised donuts will not keep well over 12 hours, so we do not suggest shipping these as they won’t be anywhere close to how they taste fresh at the shop.
Gift Certificates are not accepted for online orders via GrubHub, PostMates, or ChowNow or any other app service. Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used in-store only at this time.
